Shipping, Returns and Exchange Policy – Birdie freaks Ltd

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During peak seasons, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options to deliver your golf apparel quickly and reliably:

Domestic Shipping (e.g., Mainland United Kingdom only)

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)


International Shipping

  • Available to most countries. Must email first before purchase to confirm.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • These fees are not included in product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs processes may affect delivery times.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, all orders include a tracking number. Tracking status may take 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (optional—customize if needed).
  • Certain items may have regional restrictions based on carrier guidelines.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at [support email] within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number.


Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • If you need to change your shipping address or update an order, please contact us immediately.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your golf apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description


Returns

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free for sizing or color changes (optional—adjustable).
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
  • Exchanges ship once the original item is received and inspected.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  2. Include photos of the issue and your order number.
    We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.


Return Process

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange.


International Returns

  • We do not offer exchanges for international orders—only refunds.
